THREE TEST MODES TO MEET EVERY NEED

We are happy to give interested customers the opportunity to touch the product’s functionality, appreciate its speed of configuration, and test it on their own processes and products.

To meet different requests and needs, we offer three different demo modes:

  • Demo in Smart Robots’ offices

    Presented in Smart Robots’ offices or remotely, it allows you to show the full functionality of the product. It can be applied to customer products and processes or a standard demo can be shown.

  • Demo at the customer’s facility

    The demo is set up for one or two days at the customer’s plant and applied to a customer’s process.

  • Testing period of the installed solution

    The solution is implemented and tested in turnkey mode to the customer, who can use it in production for a defined period of time (commonly from 2 weeks to 2 months).

MEETING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DEMO

Depending on the choice of demo mode, there may be some preliminary activities required before the demo itself such as, for example, for the first mode, shipping the customer’s products to Smart Robots’ offices.

DEMO IN THE OFFICES OF SMART ROBOTS

A standard Smart Robots demo is shown showing all the functionality, or it is applied to the customer’s process with the customer’s products.

The customer can attend in-person or remotely.

DEMO AT THE CUSTOMER'S PLANT

Smart Robots technicians set up the demo in a station in the customer’s plant and configure the demo on the process of interest.

TEST PERIOD OF THE INSTALLED SOLUTION

The solution is installed and tested on the customer’s processes.

The customer uses it in production for a defined period before purchase.
