Call between a Smart Robots application engineer and the customer to gather detailed information about the processes, codes, and layouts of the stations being applied.

SENDING CUSTOMER PROCESS SPECIFICATION DOCUMENT

Smart Robots sends a document with the collected specifications and requirements to be met in the installation and configuration activity.

INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION AT THE PLANT

In 2-4 days of activities at the customer’s plant, the installation, configuration, and testing of the product are carried out. The technical staff accompanies the customer in the early stages of use in order to answer doubts and facilitate the integration of the technology.

TRAINING

When installation is complete, the customer receives the training and is empowered to use and modify existing processes and to create new processes entirely from scratch.

    If the customer needs custom integrations with its enterprise software and special equipment, Smart Robots creates the software interface according to the customer’s needs. Smart Robots’ processes, for example, can be created automatically from the customer’s own bill of materials.

  • Providing the complete solution: workbenches, equipment, MES software
    Smart Robots also provides the workstations (e.g., workbenches), all necessary equipment including screwdrivers, and MES software.
    The choice of already integrated MES in bundle offers additional functionality to the customer.
    In addition, Smart Robots acts as the prime contractor and single point of contact with the customer.

  • Customization of vision and machine learning functionality for customer application cases
    For specific customer needs, such as the detection of surface defects, Smart Robots can proceed with the training of vision algorithms with machine learning
